babywedge® pty ltd will replace legitimate faulty goods via the 21 day product Warranty for any product which is found to be faulty, and is not faulty as a result of being mistreated, mishandled incorrectly as per labelled instructions or tampered with. babywedge® pty ltd will endeavour to replace the product as soon as possible upon confirmation of a legitimate warranty claim. The product may be required to be held for repair or replacement for an extended period of time (whichever is deemed appropriate based upon the nature of the fault). babywedge® pty ltd advises that it will endeavour to swap faulty goods as soon as possible if there is sufficient warranty stock available at the time. However, customers need to be aware that there could be a delay. It will be the purchasers / customers responsibility for shipping costs for Warranty Claims to Babywedge Pty Ltd. babywedge® pty ltd will ship the replacement or repaired product back to the customer FREE OF CHARGE.

It is recommended that upon receipt of the product, the purchaser thoroughly check the product to ensure that it is in good condition. babywedge® pty ltd cannot be held responsible for goods during transit. Therefore it is at the purchasers discretion to ensure that the product is working, functioning or performing correctly.

All requests for refunds must be made within 21 days of receipt of goods. Where the cost of postage has been paid by the purchaser, a full refund will be given. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for costs associated with that of shipping for returning the product. It will be the purchasers responsibility to post the product(s) back and at their own cost. The refund will be given upon confirmation of receiving the goods and condition of goods shipped back to babywedge® pty ltd.
